A laborious 3 days on the balcony means less fun time in the kitchen. These quick stewed green beans are super tasty. I served mine as a side to salmon with a dollop of mustard mayonaise.
Tomato Stewed Greenbeans
serves 2
2 handfuls of green beans
2 roma tomatoes
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 clove smashed garlic
1/4 cup water
salt to taste
Clean your green beans but cutting off the tips.
Place everything into a small pot and cook on med-low for 20 minutes.
